Screenshots Generator is a mockup tool for fictional stories, education, design, demonstrations, film, and other lawful creative projects. We do not authorize, support, encourage, or endorse criminal, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful use of the service.

Do not use this service to deceive people, harm others, or fabricate evidence. These rules apply to free and paid use, including images exported without a watermark.

Prohibited uses

• Fraud, scams, phishing, extortion, blackmail, or obtaining money, access, goods, or services through deception.
• Presenting a generated image as genuine evidence to a court, police, employer, school, bank, insurer, or any other person or organization.
• Creating or presenting false proof of payment, transfers, balances, receipts, invoices, purchases, or other financial activity.
• Deceptively impersonating a person or organization, or falsely attributing statements, consent, endorsements, or actions to them.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, defamation, malicious misinformation, or disclosure of someone else's private information without authorization.
• Infringing privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, or violating applicable laws.

A realistic image is not an authentic record

The service simulates interfaces. It does not send the displayed messages through the original platforms or authenticate the people, messages, activity, or events depicted. A screenshot made here must not be represented as an unaltered record of a real interaction.

Users must clearly identify shared or published content as fictional, simulated, or a mockup whenever it could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic record. A paid plan or an export without a watermark does not change this obligation.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the text, images, identities, and other material you enter, and for how you publish, share, or use the result. Obtain the permissions you need and respect the rights of others. Calling something a joke, parody, or demonstration does not authorize fraud, harassment, or other unlawful conduct.

Our provision of editing tools is not approval of any particular screenshot or its use. We cannot control copies that users download or publish elsewhere. This statement does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us.

No platform affiliation

Platform names, logos, and interface references belong to their respective owners. Screenshots Generator is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the platforms it depicts.

Report misuse

If you believe the service is being used unlawfully or to harm you, contact us with a misuse report. Include the public location of the content, a brief explanation, and relevant supporting information. Share only the personal information necessary to assess the report.

We may investigate reports and take measures available to us, including restricting access or working with relevant service providers or authorities when required or permitted by law. We cannot promise removal of content hosted by others; report it to the website or platform hosting it as well. Contact the appropriate local authorities if a crime or immediate threat is involved.
