Fake Apple Fitness screenshot generator
The Fitness summary screen, built from the numbers rather than drawn: the week strip along the top, the big activity ring, the hourly bar chart and the steps, distance and flights rows underneath.
Opens in the editor alongside every other template. Nothing to install.
Why most fake activity screenshots do not hold up
The ring and the number have to agree. 46 of 250 calories is a fifth of the way round the circle, and an arc drawn anywhere else is the first thing anyone notices. Here the fill is derived from the value and the goal, so there is no way to set them apart.
The week strip is the second giveaway. Seven untouched rings above a closed one says the screenshot was made for a single day, so each day takes its own percentage and you pick which one is today.
What you can change
- The ring: Move in calories, Exercise in minutes or Stand in hours.
- The value and the goal, with the arc filled from the two.
- The date in the header.
- Steps, distance in miles or kilometres, and flights climbed.
- All seven days of the week strip, and which day is highlighted.
- Exported at 1x, 2x or 3x. Always dark, because the real screen has no light mode.
Questions
- How do I make a fake Apple Fitness screenshot?
- Choose the ring you are showing, Move, Exercise or Stand, then set the value and the goal. The ring fills to that fraction rather than being dragged separately, so the arc always matches the numbers printed under it. Fill in steps, distance and flights climbed and download a PNG.
- Why can I not set the ring fill directly?
- Because a ring that disagrees with its own numbers is the giveaway. 46 of 250 calories is 18 percent of the way round, and that is what the arc draws. Setting the fill by hand is how screenshots end up with a nearly closed ring above a number that is barely started.
- Can I edit the week strip at the top?
- Yes. Each of the seven days takes a percentage of goal, and you choose which day is highlighted as today. That strip is usually what people look at first, so leaving it flat while the main ring is full looks wrong.
- Is there a light mode?
- No, and that is deliberate. The Fitness summary screen is always dark on a real device, so a light version would not match anything. The export is dark for the same reason.
- Does this connect to Apple Health?
- No. Nothing is read from a device and nothing is uploaded. Every number on the card is one you typed, which is the whole point of a mockup tool.
