The body takes blank lines as paragraph breaks, which is what makes a long email read like one rather than a wall of text. Avatar colours are derived from the sender address, so the same person keeps the same colour down a thread.

- Set the subject and label chip, then fill in each message: sender name, address, date or time, the recipient line and the body. Blank lines start a new paragraph, as they do in a real email. Add more messages for a thread and export a PNG.
- Can I edit the date and time on each email?
- Yes, per message, and as free text. Gmail shows a time for today, a date for older mail and a relative label in some views, so the field takes whatever you need rather than forcing one format.
- Can I attach images?
- Yes. Attach one or more per message and they render as the thumbnail row Gmail shows under the body. They are read in your browser and never uploaded.
- Is it legal to make a fake email screenshot?
- A clearly fictional mockup for a tutorial, a design or a joke is fine. Using one to impersonate a real sender, to fabricate a conversation that did not happen, or as evidence of anything can be fraud or defamation. Keep fictional content fictional.
